The Benefit of Meal Plans:

 

 

The benefit to meal plans/meal prepping is quite simple really. This is where you will get the most results for hitting your fitness goals. You can workout in the gym all you want but if you are not properly fueling your body with healthy food, then you may not reach your full potential in achieving the goals you have set for yourself. I know a lot of people out there think that if you workout in the gym 3 hours a day 7 days a week you will get those six pack abs or shed that unwanted body fat, and yes that might work for some people, but for the rest of us we need to be more focused on what we are putting in our bodies throughout the day. A good way to look at this is if you had an exotic sports car (say a Ferrari for example), you would want to fuel it with what will give it peak performance right, well view your body the same way. You would never put regular unleaded gas in a Ferrari would you, no you would put the best gas you could in that car. Same with your body, we should be fueling our body with the best food we can and not something that will just slow us down and clog us up.
